B&B Roofing, Inc. has been providing service for Chillicothe, Ohio and the surrounding South Central area in commercial, residential and industrial roofing and sheet metal business since 1982.

We specialize in single-ply systems and are approved applicators of all the major brands: Firestone, Manville, GAF, Durolast and Carlisle.  We are also an approved applicator in two Built-Up And modified roofing systems:  Manville and GAF. B&B Roofing is also approved to install metal standing seam roof systems by DMI, metal panel system, MBCI, metal sales, fabral and a list of others. Our complete sheet metal fabrication shop is well equipped for the manufacturing of flashing, gutters, coping and standing seam roofing.  This is just a few of our many capabilities.

James R. Butt founded B&B Roofing in 1982, and has been the president since its incorporation in January, 1997.  We have recently moved into our new location at the corner of South Bridge Street and Cooks Hill Road Chillicothe, Ohio in April, 2000.  Our new 9,000 S.F. facility consists of the sheet metal fabrication shop, offices and a large parking lot.  Our facility also includes a 1,500 S.F. storage building.
